At NatureArtDeco, managed by NatureArt we strive to provide high-quality digital products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully

Digital Product Refunds

No Refunds for Digital Products : Our products are digital products (digital wallpapers, images, downloadable files). This means they are non-physical, delivered instantly via download, and are considered used immediately upon successful download. As our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

We understand that technical issues can occur. A full refund may be issued in the following specific circumstances:

Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you mistakenly purchase the exact same product twice within a short period (e.g., 24 hours). Refund will be made for duplicate purchase.

Product Malfunction/Technical Issue: If the downloaded file is corrupted, severely damaged, or the file format is incorrect and we are unable to provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe (10 days).

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email (contact@natureartdeco.in) with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your refund request.

Exceptions

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Preview of our wallpapers are displayed in product pages. We do not offer refunds for digital products if you’ve simply changed your mind or don’t like the product after purchase.

No Refunds for Unauthorised Use: If we suspect that a refund request is related to unauthorised use or abuse of our products, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

No Refunds for Compatibility Issues: The product does not fit your specific device screen, and the dimensions were clearly stated in the product description before purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to check dimensions.

No Refunds for Lack of Technical Skill: You do not know how to download, extract (if zipped), or set the image as your wallpaper. We provide basic instructions, but cannot offer in-depth technical support for personal devices.

No Refunds for Color Variation: Slight differences in color between the on-screen preview and the final display due to different device screen settings (calibration, brightness, display type).
